Ok, we’ll forgive you if you’re never heard of Vinh Phuc province — we hadn’t. You probably hadn’t heard of the provincial capital either — Vinh Yen — we sure hadn’t. However, you may just have heard of Tam Dao Hill Station — northern Vietnam’s first hill station.
